Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy covers refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for all programmes offered by NextField Trading Studies, including the Zone Mapping Intensive, Chart Reading Foundations, mentoring sessions, and corporate team training.

2. Workshop cancellations by participant

More than 14 days before start date

Full refund of all amounts paid, minus any bank transfer fees incurred. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to a future cohort at no additional charge.

7 to 14 days before start date

50% refund of the total programme fee. The deposit is non-refundable in this window unless we can fill your seat from the waitlist, in which case a full refund applies.

Less than 7 days before start date

No refund. You may transfer your registration to a future cohort within 12 months by paying a 500,000 VND rescheduling fee, subject to availability.

3. Mentoring session cancellations

More than 48 hours before appointment

Full refund or free rescheduling to a new date within 60 days.

Less than 48 hours before appointment

No refund. One free rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. Chart submissions already reviewed in preparation may result in a partial refund at our discretion.

No-shows

Failure to attend a confirmed mentoring session without prior notice is non-refundable. The annotated feedback document is not provided for no-shows.

4. Cancellations by NextField Trading Studies

If we cancel a workshop or mentoring session due to instructor illness, insufficient enrolment, or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid or the option to transfer to the next available date. We will notify you as early as possible — at least 7 days before a workshop start date where feasible.

5. Deposits

Workshop deposits (30% of total fee) confirm your seat. Deposits are refundable according to the cancellation timeframes above. Deposits are non-transferable to a different programme unless agreed in writing.

6. Bundle registrations

Foundation + Intensive bundle cancellations follow the timeframe of whichever programme start date is sooner. Partial refunds for bundle registrations are calculated on the discounted bundle price, not individual programme prices.

7. Corporate team training

Corporate bookings require a signed agreement specifying cancellation terms. Unless otherwise stated in the agreement, cancellations more than 21 days before the scheduled date receive a full refund minus any materials already printed. Cancellations within 21 days forfeit 50% of the agreed fee.

8. Non-refundable items

• Printed workbooks and materials already shipped or collected
• Rescheduling fees (500,000 VND for late workshop transfers)
• Programmes attended in full or partially attended without prior cancellation

9. Work already started

For mentoring sessions where chart review preparation has begun (charts received and annotated before a cancellation request), we may retain up to 50% of the session fee to cover preparation time. This applies only when cancellation occurs after chart submission but before the scheduled session.

10. Refund process

To request a refund, email info@nextfieldbase.click with your registration details and reason for cancellation. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds are issued in VND.

11. Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, contact us with supporting details. We review disputed cases within 10 business days and provide a written response.
